Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City and County Council for phase 2 of the Strandhill Development in Tramore.

Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 70 new residential units.

The units comprise of 14 two-storey four-bed semi-detached houses, 28 two-storey three-bed semi-detached houses and two four-bed detached houses.

The plans also include a 4-storey split level apartment block comprising six two-bed duplex apartments, 8 1-bed apartments and a further 8 2-bed apartments.

A decision is expected from Waterford City and County Council on or before September 26th.
