An application for the construction of a new housing development in Tramore has been submitted to Waterford City and County Council.
The proposed development will consist of the construction of a new residential development of nine units in total, on the Old Crobally Road in Tramore.
The dwellings will comprise six two-storey three-bedroom semi-detached houses, two two-storey terraced houses, and one single-storey two-bedroom bungalow.
The development will also include alterations to the existing site entrance with a new access road, footpath, parking bays, amenity areas, drainage, and other ancillary site works.
The applicant John Ronan submitted the application on December 21st, with a decision expected next month.
