Gardai in Tramore made an arrest on Saturday having pulled over a vehicle during a routine traffic patrol.
Upon inspecting the vehicle, it was discovered that the driver is currently serving a 20-year disqualification.
The man's car was stopped by the Waterford Roads Policing Unit in Tramore on July 1st.
The car was seized and court proceedings will follow.
