Three men have been arrested following reports of a disturbance at a residence in Co. Waterford in the early hours of this morning.
A man in his 20s was brought to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
A second man aged in his 40s, received treatment at the scene for his injuries.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene on Connolly Road, Portlaw just after midnight.
Three men aged in their 20s, 40s, and 50s were arrested at the scene and are currently detained at a Garda station in the county under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The scene is preserved pending a technical examination.
Investigations are ongoing.
