Ireland's oldest agricultural show, the Iverk Show, has been cancelled this year due to the pandemic.
The 194th show was due to take place in Piltown on August 22nd.
In a statement, organisers say it was the appropriate action to take bearing in mind recommendations from the Government, HSE, and Irish Shows Association.
They say the resilience of all those involved in the Iverk Show will ensure it will take place in 2021 and be a great success.
