A technical examination is underway following a car fire in the early hours on Saturday morning, October 19th.
The car was found to be on fire outside a residence in the Viewmount Park area of Waterford City.
Gardaí and units of the fire service attended the scene.
There were no injuries reported.

A spokesperson for Gardaí told WLR that 'inquiries into the incident are ongoing and results of the technical examination are pending.'
