A number of food outlets across the country are closing this evening until further notice.
Subway, Starbucks, Nando's, Beshoff Bros and Krispy Kreme have all decided to shut.
Meanwhile, Supermacs has announced that it will close all its branches on Thursday at 7pm.

The closures come as McDonald's announced last night it will also be shutting its restaurants from today.
One in five hamburgers sold in McDonald's in Europe is of Irish origin, made at Dawn Meats in Carroll's Cross in Waterford.
