A Status Orange rain warning has been issued for Waterford.
The alert will come into effect at 7am on Monday morning and is valid until 12 midday.
Met Éireann says some very intense falls of rain are possible during that time.
Wexford and Wicklow are also under the same warning.

Flooding has been an issue in many areas of Waterford in recent weeks - particularly in the west of the county.
Persistent heavy rain has led to the water tables remaining particularly high and the forecaster is warning that Monday's heavy rain will likely lead to further flooding.
Meanwhile, the entire country will be under a yellow alert for rain between 3am on Monday and 8pm that evening.
