The only arts festival in the south east dedicated entirely to children kicks off today.
Sprog 2020 is online from now until August 3rd with Garter Lane Arts Centre in Waterford.
Despite Covid-19 restrictions, this year’s festival, curated around the theme of Forest, will go ahead from July 30th – August 3rd.
While we will have some of our usual fun workshops taking place within the community, we are also busy with our favourite arts facilitators developing a whole load of crazy, colourful, interesting workshops to make available online on our website.
With the theme of Forest we are hoping to create a festival that will not only provide families with a much-needed means of connection in these strange times but, like the inhabitants of the forest, also creating new ways to connect which we can to take forward together into future Sprog festivals.
