Solas Centre's 'Dance for Life' raises €53,000

The annual Solas Cancer Support Centre's 'Dance for Life' has raised a whopping €53,000.

Across two nights at the Theatre Royal on Friday and Saturday, 18 couples took to the stage to perform a variety of dances.

Winners on Friday night were Colm and Rachael with a Tango, while Kyle and Susan took the honours on Saturday night for their Paso Doble.

This was the first time which the event was staged across two nights, and Manager of the Solas Centre Tracy McDaid thanked all who supported in any way.
