Waterford City and County Council is proposing to revamp the seafront in Ardmore, to provide a relief road, car park and a water activity centre.
The local authority has opened a public consultation on proposals to develop a relief road connecting the R673 to the L2107, a car park, and Water Activity Centre facilities at the seafront in the townland of Duffcarrick, Ardmore.
The development will also consist of an amendment to the current layout and an extension of the car park.
The Water Activity Centre will provide changing facilities, showers and beach wheelchair storage.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase, at the Council's offices in Dungarvan and Waterford City.
Submissions or observations must be submitted before 4pm on January 22nd.
