Waterford City and County Council have announced road works and a road closure operation for March 9th and 10th , spanning the L4102 Cliff Road The notices have been put in issued to facilitate essential roadworks and resurfacing  The notice for the L4102 is in effect for the duration of the 9th & 10th March  2026. Waterford City and County Council have advised road users to slow down and proceed with caution when in the area, and has advised motorists looking to gain access to the Guillamene to do so via Newtown.
