A status yellow rain warning has been issued for County Waterford.

The warning issued by Met Eireann is in effect from 6am tomorrow until 6am on Saturday.

The warning also concerns Kilkenny, Carlow, Wexford and Wicklow.

Motorists are being warned of difficult driving conditions and potential spot flooding.
