President Catherine Connolly is in Waterford tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday for a series of engagements.

The President's visit will begin with a meeting at City Hall with Mayor of Waterford City and County Councillor Seamus Ryan.

This will be followed by a visit to the BRILL Family Rescource Centre in Ballybeg, and Manor St John Youth Services in Lisduggan as well as the Millenium Youth Community Services.

On Saturday morning, President Connolly will attend the Celtic Challenge Badminton Tournament at SETU Arena.

This marks the President's first official visit to Waterford since her election in October.
