Update 2.10pm: Power has been restored to all customers in Waterford City.
Update 1.10pm: Power has been restored to around 700 homes and businesses.
However, 357 remain without electricity.
The restoration time is now 4.00pm for the remaining customers
Earlier: ESB crews are working to fix a fault in the Gracedieu area of Waterford City this afternoon.
A thousand homes and businesses are currently without electricity.
ESB Networks say they hope to have power restored by 1.30pm.

It’s the second large outage in Waterford City today.
More than 5,000 customers were without power in the Grange area for a short time this morning.
