An Geata Arundel, the popular Wetherspoons establishment in the centre of the city will close this Sunday, June 23rd.
The venue opened in April 2022, and it was reported in October of last year that the Wetherspoons group were seeking to tell much of their Irish property portfolio.
The Causeway Group in Waterford are to re-open the venue on Friday, June 28th as a venue offering Live Music, Sports, a new drinks menu, and a food menu.
It will no longer be called An Geata Arundel, with the new name unveiled as Broadstreet Bar and Grill.
