Plans have been submitted for Phase 3 of the Sea Cove Tramore residential development, proposing the construction of 99 new homes.

The phase includes a mix of 32 semi-detached and 5 detached two-storey 4-bedroom houses, 46 semi-detached two-storey 3-bedroom houses, and two duplex blocks made up of 16 two-bedroom apartments.

As part of the updated proposal, the developer is seeking to remove several units previously approved.

These include a three-storey 6-bedroom detached house, a two-storey 4-bedroom detached house, and two three-storey apartment blocks containing 11 units each.

The revised plans reflect a change in the layout and housing mix of the overall development and are currently under review at Sea Cove Tramore.

The application also covers all associated site works.
