Planning has been received for the construction of a housing development in Tramore.
Middlethird Estates Ltd. has submitted a planning application for the construction of 14 houses in Newtown.
The development will consist of a mixture of three, four, and five-bedroom two-story properties.
The area has proven popular in recent years, with the introduction of remote working resulting in people relocating from different parts of the country.
