Planning permission is being sought from Kilkenny County Council for a new housing development in Ferrybank.
The application from Abbeygate Properties Limitied consists of 72 residential units at Abbeygate, Rathculliheen, Ferrybank.
The proposed development which is Phase 4 of an overall masterplan consists of 54 house units, comprised of 18 three Bed two-storey semi-detached houses, 28 four-bed three-storey semi-detached houses, six four-bed two-storey semi-detached houses, and two two-bed two-storey terraced houses.
The application also includes one three-storey apartment block comprising of nine two-bed own-door apartment units and nine one bed own-door apartment units.
Submissions can be made until February 19th.
