Waterford City and County Council has granted planning permission for a new housing development in the Kilbarry area of Waterford.
The proposed development from Newpark Properties Ltd. at Ballyhoo was granted conditional permission this week.
It involves the erection of 23 residential units consisting of 10 two storey (dormer) end-terrace two-bedroom houses, 11 two storey (dormer) mid-terrace two-bedroom houses, 2 two-storey (dormer) semi-detached two-bedroom houses together with all associated site works and access from the existing Carrigea Crescent estate road.
The application was submitted last summer and further information was requested in September.
The planning permission is subject to 22 conditions.
