Planning permission has been sought for a 15-home residential development and creche in Waterford City.
An application has been submitted by Kilkenny Investment Property Holdings Ltd, for the construction of 15 residential units in Kilbarry.
The development will consist of 8 two-storey houses and 7 two-storey dormer mid-terrace dwellings.
Planning permission is also sought for the construction of a single-storey Crèche consisting of 4 classrooms, a sleep room, a kitchen, toilets, stores, a staff room, an office, and a reception area.
Permission is also sought for drainage and water connections, as well as access to the development from the already existing Carrigea Crescent Road. A decision is due by April 25th.
