Planning permission is being sought for 80 houses and a creche in Waterford. The application was recently submitted as part of a wider housing master plan.
An application has been submitted for planning permission for the construction of 79 houses, a creche, and an ESB substation on the outskirts of Waterford City.
It's proposed that the development would be located at ‘The Paddocks’, Williamstown Road, Grantstown, County Waterford.
The application was submitted to Waterford City and County Council on behalf of Marina Quarter Ltd.
The proposed development forms part of a Masterplan which will provide for 305 housing units as well as a creche and seeks to modify parts of the previously permitted Phases 1, 2, and 3 of this plan.
In their submission, Marina Quarter Ltd considers that the proposed development will provide for a much-needed range of housing options in Waterford.
