A power outage is planned for most of today in Co. Waterford which will impact more than 200 households.

The Drumcannon, Tramore outage came into effect from 09:10am this morning, Thursday January 8th.

Power is expected to be restored by 5pm this evening.

Commenting on the outage, ESB Networks said:

“We apologise for the loss of supply.

“We are carrying out essential improvement / maintenance works in your area and will restore power as quickly as possible.”
