A Waterford TD says he has received confirmation of changes to school bus drop-off and pick-up points in the Ardmore area.
Bus Eireann will now run four pick up points including at Ardmore National School, following concerns over the use of Kiely's Cross on the N25.
It follows numerous protests held by parents in relation to the use of Kiely's Cross for transporting students to school in Dungarvan.
Speaking on Deise Today, Waterford Green Party TD Marc O Cathasaigh praised the efforts of local parents to bring about change.
Deputy O'Cathasaigh told Deise Today he's glad the issue has been resolved without an accident occuring.
