Gardaí and emergency services responded to a road traffic collision in Leamybrien, Co. Waterford on Thursday, 6th November 2025, at around 1:00pm.

The incident involved a vehicle and a pedestrian. The man, who is in his forties, was taken to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

Investigations into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing. Gardaí have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
