Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City and County Council for the construction of ten homes in the Passage East area of Waterford.

Applicant S & K Carey Limited lodged plans with the local authority on March 10th.

The site, at Crooke, Passage East – is subject to plans for the construction of 8 two-storey semi-detached homes and 2 single-storey detached homes.

The sought permissions also cover associated site development works, including an entrance from an adjoining public road and the installation of the necessary services.

A decision will be made on or before the 4th of May 2025.
