Normal service is resuming at The Tower Hotel following a fire this morning.
The fire broke out at around 10am in the kitchen area.
Emergency services attended the scene and an evacuation of all patrons and staff was initiated while work got underway to bring the fire under control.
Fire crews have been assessing the scene and there were no injuries.
In a statement to WLR News, General Manager at The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre, Michael O’Neill said: "Following a small kitchen fire this morning in the hotel, in which thankfully nobody was injured, normal business now resumes in the hotel. All future bookings will proceed as normal, including Christmas parties."
Pier 37 Bar & Grill was closed for lunch today.
