Public display of N24 Preferred Transport Solution taking place this week

A Public Display of the Preferred Transport Solution for the N24 Waterford to Cahir Project is taking place at four locations this week.

Kilkenny County Council, in partnership with Tipperary County Council, Transport Infrastructure Ireland, and the Department of Transport are developing the N24 Waterford to Cahir Project which is included in the National Development Plan 2021-2030.

Following a briefing to elected representatives, a Public Display of the Preferred Transport Solution will commence today and will run until February 9th.

As part of this, four in-person public displays will be held across the study area beginning at Cahir House Hotel today, followed by the Talbot Hotel, Clonmel on Wednesday, Mooncoin Community Hall on Thursday, and the Carraig Hotel, Carrick-on-Suir, on Friday.

All events take place from 2-8 pm.

Maps of the Preferred Transport Solution Corridor will also be available to view at Kilkenny County Council Library, Belmont Road, Ferrybank.
