The murder of Keane Mulready Woods has been described by Gardaí as a brutal, savage attack on a child.

The remains of the 17 year old were discovered in a sports bag in Coolock in Dublin on Monday.

It's too early to say whether the remains found in a burnt out car in Ballybough, Co Dublin yesterday also belong to Keane Mulready Woods, but Gardaí believe that is the case.

The murder is related to the ongoing gang feud in Drogheda, where the 17 year old was from.
