Speaking of the upcoming store opening Ronan Mulligan says:
“We are very excited to open our brand new Mulligan’s in Ferrybank and also celebrate our newly expanded store at Kilbarry. Mulligan’s has always held a firm commitment to re-investing in Waterford and we are thrilled to do so again with these two stores topping and tailing the city centre Mulligan’s offerings. We first opened in Ferrybank in 1979 and have seen the community in Ferybank expand along with us, we are delighted to continue to meet that community’s needs and to also add a new café for our customers there too. We believe that people of all ages will really enjoy the Kilbarry Mulligan’s store, it’s a place to relax and enjoy while it is also a full pharmacy service meeting the critical needs of the community, ensuring a full experiential shopping offering all under one roof.”
Mulligans Pharmacy group now has 20 stores across Waterford, Kilkenny and South Tipperary and Dublin and was first established by Jim and Sheila Mulligan in 1957 when they opened a pharmacy at George’s St in Waterford City.
The family group employs 260 people across the region which expands to 300 seasonally. The Irish family-run business is led by the second generation of the family, Ronan Mulligan.
The Mulligan family are inviting you to join their day of customer appreciation on Friday, November 18th at Mulligan’s Kilbarry, Waterford from 10am - from where Deise Today will be broadcasting live!
