Gardai in Waterford are investigating after eight stowaways were discovered at the Port of Waterford today.
It's believed the group is from Albania.
The men, all adults, were spotted hiding in a lifeboat on a ship that had arrived from France.
They were taken to Waterford Garda Station.

All are said to be in good health.
Garda Immigration Officers attached to Waterford Garda Station are currently dealing with the men who will be processed under the immigration law.
