Two medals were awarded to Waterford in the Botanical and Floral Art and Nursey categories at this year’s Bord Bia Bloom.

The popular annual event was staged in the Phoenix Park from May 29th to June 2nd.

In the Nursery catgeory, Shady Plants from Clashmore, West Waterford won Silver Gilt.

In the Botanical and Floral Art category, Fionnuala Broughan, Lismore, was awarded Bronze for Polypodium vulgare, Common Polypody, Botanical / Coloured pencil.
