A man arrested in connection with the death of Richard O'Leary who was found in Dungarvan with head injuries last weekend was released without charge yesterday.
He was arrested on Friday evening in County Waterford and was questioned by Gardai in Dungarvan.
36 year old Richard O'Leary was found lying on a footpath in the town in the early hours last Sunday. He was transferred to Cork University Hospital where he died on Friday morning.
The Garda investigation is continuing and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
