A man was hospitalised last night following an assault in Dungarvan.
Gardaí received a report of an incident of assault that occurred at approximately 11pm last night (Monday) on Cathal Brugha Place in Dungarvan.
One adult male aged in his late teens was conveyed to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of non-life threatening injuries sustained as a result of the incident.
No arrests have been made. Investigations are ongoing.
