A man aged in his 40s has been charged in relation to the death of a man at a property in Markievicz House, Dublin on Monday.
The man was arrested on Tuesday in relation to the death and is now due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning at 10.30am.
A woman in her 30s who was also arrested in connection with the death has been released without charge.

In a statement, gardaí said a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
