Permission sought to build 20 homes in Lismore
Planning permission is being sought to construct 20 homes on the Mayfield Road in Lismore.
Plans were lodged to Waterford City and County Council on September 20th for the construction of 16 apartments and 4 houses on the Mayfield Road.
Applicant David Flynn seeks to build 8 one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments and a terrace made up of 4 two-storey 3-bedroom houses.
Plans also allow for 29 car parking spaces, 28 bicycle spaces and all associated site works.
A decision is due on or before November 14th.
