The latest phase of traffic management is underway in Ferrybank.
It's part of the Waterford North Quays Project –and the works are installed on Fountain Street from yesterday (Monday) and will be in place for approximately six to eight weeks.
The traffic management consists of closing the left outbound lane and reopening the right outbound lane along Fountain Street, from Rockshire Road to the Abbey Road junction.
Also, the inbound route is reverting to two lanes.
Access to businesses is set to be maintained at all times, however, speaking to WLR News in recent week some businesses have expressed concerns at the timing of the works.
Warnings and signage will be in place throughout these works.
