Planning permission is being sought for the development of 99 homes on the outskirts of Waterford City.
Applicant Jackie Green Construction Limited applied for permission to Waterford City and County Council on June 10th to construct 99 homes in the Knockboy area.
The proposed development would be made up of 55 two-storey homes, a mix of 19 4-beds and 36 3-beds.
The applicant also seeks to construct 44 apartments, within 4 four-storey blocks.
Plans also include a creche on site, 181 car parking spaces and an ESB substation.
A decision will be made by the local authority on or before August 4th.
