Planning permission has been granted for the development of 15 homes and a creche in the Kilbarry area of Waterford City.
Waterford City & County Council granted planning permission for the development on October 20th - subject to 20 conditions.
The applicant Kilkenny Investment Property Holdings Limited have been given the green light to build 8 end-terrace two-storey 2-bedroom homes and 7 two-storey 2-bedroom mid-terrace homes.
Planning permission is also sought for the construction of a single storey crèche consisting of four classrooms, a sleep room, kitchen, toilets, stores, staff room, office, reception and associated ancillary areas, together with all associated site works.
The development also caters for landscaping, boundary treatments, car parking, drainage and water connections and access from the existing Carrigea Crescent Road.
