A special train has been laid on to bring people to Waterford for a jobs expo tomorrow. (SAT)
South By South East takes place at the Theatre Royal from 11.00am until 4.30pm
The major tech and biotech recruiting event is a collaboration between Crystal Valley Tech and Career Zoo.
Larry Breen is a Director with Crystal Valley. He says over 1500 people are expected to attend.
"Its about bringing an number of people from Dublin, London and the surrounding areas that are looking to relocate and change their lifestyle.
We've got a lot of jobs available in the region so what we want to do is to continue to nurture that talent.
So what we would like to do is to bring those who have left, or who would like to come to region to fill those spots to continue growing the clusters that we have down here.
We have a train coming from Dublin down to Waterford. We have a pool of people who have expressed interest in actually moving out of the city centres and coming down to the regions.
So what we are looking at is targeting them and bringing them down."
