A 25 unit housing development is proposed for Ardmore.
Significant criticism has been voiced in recent months over the lack of housing in the village.
The 25 houses are proposed as an addition to the existing development known as The Heritage.
The proposed houses would be divided into 3 two-bedroom houses, 16 three-bedroom houses, and 6 four-bedroom houses.
Access is intended to be situated via the existing roadway into the Heritage estate roadway.
Improvements are included in the application for planning permission, including a raised table, two new pedestrian crossing, and an extension of the existing roadway.
A decision is expected on the application on or before June 6th, with the submission period currently open.
