Plans to provide 23 new homes in the Kilbarry area have been lodged with Waterford City and County Council.

An application was submitted on July 15th by Newpark Properties Limited for the construction of 23 residential units in the Ballyhoo area of Kilbarry in Waterford City.

Permission is sought for ten end terrace two-storey two-bedroom homes, and 11 mid terrace two-storey two-bedroom homes, as well as 2 semi-detached two-bedroom homes.

The applicant has also sought permission for all associated site works, while access would be granted from the existing Carriglea Crescent Estate road.

A decision is due on or before the 8th of September this year.
