Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 40 new homes in Dunmore East.
The plans were lodged with Waterford City and County Council earlier this week.
S & K Carey Limited are seeking to construct 40 dwelling units in the Coxtown area of Dunmore East, County Waterford.
The 40 homes would be made up of 4 two-bed terraced bungalows, 15 three-bed semi-detached bungalows, 19 three-bed semi-detached storey and half dwellings and 2 four-bed semi-detached storey and half dwellings.
The plans also seek all associated site works and the provision of a vehicular entrance,
A decision is expected from Waterford City and County Council on or before September 8th of this year.
