A Tramore shop is the latest in a series of closures to hit the town since Christmas.
The convenience store which has been named 'Al's' and 'Manahan's' over the years is now closed and the premises is for sale.
The site has had a long-running history with retail, with a shop there since at least the late 1800's under the helm of the Manahan and O'Connor families.
The closure marks the end of a historic period of ownership of the site opposite the former Railway station.
Since Christmas, Café Cnoc and Queen Street restaurant have also closed, with Queen Street relocating to Dunmore East under the new name Samphire Bar & Bistro.
