A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Waterford.
Met Éireann is forecasting up to 50mm of rain with flooding in places, reduced visibility and hazardous driving conditions.

The alert comes into force at 6.00 pm tonight and will remain in place until 6.00 pm tomorrow.
Cork, Kerry, Mayo and Galway are also affected.
