Waterford's Harvest Festival is returning to fill the streets with inviting sights and smells this weekend (Sept 8th-10th).
Now in its ninth year, the Festival focuses on the people who grow, cultivate, harvest, produce, prepare, promote and serve some of the country’s best food and beverages.
Events include an opening communal dining night in the Olive Tree, a pop-up event in La Boheme with a renowned Japanese chef, and a grand finale in the Bay Tree restaurant.
Director of Waterford Harvest Festival, Tommie Ryan says there are dozens of events taking place throughout the city centre and the areas of the Mall, Cathedral Square, Palace Square, the Applemarket and Ballybricken - and many are free.
