Gilbert O'Sullivan has sold-out his long-awaited Waterford performances in less than an hour.
The legendary Waterford performer will play two nights in the Theatre Royal Waterford on December 9th and 10th this year.
All tickets for both performances were sold out before 11am this morning, having been released for sale at 10am.
Fans joined a queue online to get their hands on a ticket, with many eager to see the Waterford man return to performances in his hometown.
Calls have begun online for an additional date to be added, with many disappointed fans missing out on the opportunity to attend.
Mary Boland from the Theatre Royal confirmed to WLR News that one night of ticket sales will be donated to a charity of the performer's choice.
