Funeral details announced for Waterford rally driver, Craig Breen

The funeral details for Waterford rally driver, Craig Breen have been announced.

The 33-year-old Hyundai Motorsport driver passed away last Thursday after a crash in a pre-event test in Croatia.

In announcing the funeral details for Craig, his family say he was a "talented and much adored rally driver".

He was the "treasured son" of his parents, Jackie and Ray and will be sadly missed by "his heartbroken sister, Kellie", along with extended family and friends.

Craig will be reposing at his home in Slieverue today.

His funeral mass will take place tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock in The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, which will also be livestreamed.

The family has asked that the house be kept private at all times tomorrow.

And anyone wishing to make a donation is asked to do so to the Irish Motorsport Benevolent Fund.
