The funeral arrangements for the late Gary Power have been announced.

The well-known theatre director and performer from The Folly, Waterford City died on March 7th.

Warm tributes have been paid by many in the local arts community since his death.
Gary’s funeral cortege will walk from his mother’s residence 45 The Folly, Waterford for Requiem Mass on arrival on Friday 21st March in The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, at 1:30 pm, followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.

Gary’s death notice reads that he was predeceased by his father Tom and is mourned by his mother Peggy, brothers Brian and Seán, sister Tammy, sisters-in-law Breeda and Mags and brother-in-law Mark, his nieces and nephews Megan, Luke, Thomas, Cole, Jude, Rhys, Nell and Brody, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
