Medical bills for a teenager hit by a car in Dungarvan in May have already amounted to more than €10,000.
That's according to Adrija's father, Julius, who has issued a fresh appeal for donations to their GoFundMe page.
She had to be airlifted to hospital with multiple serious injuries after her bike and a car collided as she was cycling home from school.
The 17-year-old has already undergone a number of surgeries but more are needed.
Speaking to WLR News, he says they don't know yet exactly how many more surgeries she has to undergo.
The family have found a doctor abroad who says it will take another two or three years before surgeries are complete.
"We found a doctor in Lithuania because he's a leading doctor in Europe and there's no such doctor here who can help us," Julius said.
Between the surgeries and the travel expenses, it is proving to be very expensive.
They have already been to Lithuania four times since the accident happened, with more trips to come.
"We definitely need the jaw operation. We definitely need a bone transplantation," Julius says.
The bone most likely will be taken from one of her legs to create a graft for a "huge piece missing" from Adrija's front that needs to be grown back.
She also requires a gum transplant from the back of the mouth to the front.
Despite the need for the surgeries, each one depends on the success of the one before it.
